I had an amazing time at a semi-ryokan style accommodation with plenty of futons and a comfortable sleep. The buffet dinner satisfied my cravings for seafood, especially crab. The onsen bath before bed was a delightful experience. The outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the train station, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the buffet dinner, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The on-site facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center, perfect for some relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This accommodation is conveniently located near Kinugawa station, taking only 2 hours from Tokyo on the fast train, and has delicious dining options nearby. The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful decorations. The onsen was the perfect place to unwind with its outdoor heated infinity pools and exceptional amenities.
The management at the dining hall was disorganised and waiting time was quite long.

We couldn't have asked for a better location to explore the onsen area and nearby city. This hotel is right in front of the train station, making it easy to get around. Our room was spacious and comfortable with great toiletries provided. The hotel facilities are fantastic, including the indoor and outdoor onsens, and the two infinity pools overlooking the river. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious with lots of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel for the staff's great hospitality too.
Couldn't fault anything! Highly recommend staying here for a fantastic experience in this city.

Huge facilities, clean rooms, nice staff
The hotel facilities were huge and there were plenty of options to keep us entertained during our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area.
The smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive throughout the hotel, making it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. the lighting in the cafeteria was too bright and not very welcoming.

Got a good deal for Christmas, and the rooms were decently clean and comfortable. The location was alright, not too far from the train station. The breakfast was good and had some variety.
The staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful, making for a not-so-friendly experience. The spa was crowded and a bit dingy, with outdated facilities.
